Regulations
This document gives the official regulations for Spacey's Spaceport
Spacey's Spaceport is a privately run facility. Visitors to Spacey's Spaceport, hereafter referrred to as "the Spaceport", are subject to the following rules and regulations:
- All visitors to the Spaceport are required to obtain an access code from the Spaceport Authority. As the Spaceport Authority is the only entity which may give out access codes, this access code is to be kept confidential at all times.
- To reduce the strain on Spaceport facilities, all visitors are encouraged to supply their own provisions. A list of all provisions which visitors should supply can be found here.
- Visitors are advised to observe station hours. These hours are subject to change without notice, depending upon the demands being placed upon the facilities and traffic lanes surrounding the facilities.
- Visitors should be aware that excessive consumption of station resources is unacceptable. This means that loitering within the Spaceport (i.e. idling) or unnecessarily tying up communications channels (i.e. chat spamming) can be a punishable offense.
- All visitors to are conduct themselves in a curteous manner at all times, and to be sure that misunderstandings do not occur as the result of jokes or other discussions. This is especially true when family members of the Authority or other visitors are present.
- All visitors are reminded that the Spaceport, like most other facilities, adheres to the rules regarding aimbots and other cheater mods. Unless a special advisory has been clearly and publically posted, they are advised to check all such items prior to passing through the airlocks.
- All visitors are strongly encouraged to read the Constitution for the BEL territories for other possible regulations.
- All visitors are to routinely assure that they are familiar with these regulations, and that they are aware of any changes which may occur without any other notice.
- All visitors should be aware your visit is subject to monitoring.
- Visitors who violate these or other rules are subject to judgement
of the Spaceport Authority, which is the final authority in all
matters. Visitors should be aware that penalties may include, but
are not limited to the following:
- Temporary revocation of visitation privileges.
- Ejection from the Spaceport via the nearest airlock, with no guarentees that a ship shall be waiting on the other side!
