This is my UT2004 User.ini, which contains some interesting and useful bindings. One interesting thing to note is that while playing, my left hand is generally resting on the arrow keys for movement, my right hand is on the mouse (or in very rare cases when playing in maps with the space fighter, the joystick), and I use the numeric keypad to select specific weapons. So while moving, I can crouch, pull up the transloc, switch weapons, etc.
NOTE: It has been scrubbed of passwords, but shows how to also do a admin login binding.
