Biceps1 becomes the latest member of BEL Clan

After completing his probationary period, Biceps1 has become the latest member of the clan.
On December 3rd, it was announced on the belwww mailing list that Biceps1 had successfully completed his probationary period. While feedback to the question of what his status should be after his 30-day probationary period was up barely met the definition of a majority, the responses which were received were unanimous in the fact that they wanted him to become our latest member.
Please give Biceps1 a warm welcome into the clan!
